DJC@ — Human Creativity, Afro-Latin Rhythm & AI-Amplified Music
DJC@_empoweredhuman is the music identity within The Taste of Balance where rhythm, technology, ancestry, and human creativity meet. DJC@ is the music project of Catalina Herrera.
Rooted in Colombian identity, Afro-diasporic rhythm, electronic music, and a human-first relationship with technology, DJC@ explores sound as a way to awaken, move, and reconnect with the self — from Afro house rhythms built for movement to sound bath sessions built around singing bowls and 432Hz and 528Hz healing resonance.
The music blends progressive Afro house, Afro-Latin percussion, electronic textures, meditation-inspired atmospheres, and modern AI-assisted production. But the heart of the project is always human: lived experience, intuition, culture, emotion, and creative direction.
DJC@ was created from the belief that technology does not replace the artist. Technology can become an instrument, a way to amplify imagination, expand expression, and bring deeply personal ideas into sound.
Artist Vision
DJC@ is inspired by the realization that we are not passive observers of life. We are active creators of our path, our identity, and our future.
Through music, DJC@ invites listeners to wake up to their own power, reconnect with their body, and feel rhythm as a form of self-remembrance.
The sound is spiritual without being religious. It is energetic, grounded, futuristic, and ancestral at the same time — moving between two states: activation, through Afro house rhythm and movement, and stillness, through sound bath and singing bowl sessions built on 432Hz and 528Hz healing resonance.
Sound Bath & Healing Resonance
“Sound Bath Under the Moon” is a long-form sound bath session built around singing bowls and 432Hz and 528Hz healing resonance — frequencies associated with deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and emotional release.
This is where DJC@'s rhythm-forward music meets stillness: a space to lie down, breathe, and let the vibration of the singing bowls and healing tones move through the body. No beat to follow, no rhythm to keep — just resonance.
Human First, Technology Amplified
DJC@ stands for human-first creativity.
AI is part of the creative process, but it is not the source of the soul. The source is human intention: the story, the emotion, the cultural roots, the rhythm, and the message behind the music.
For DJC@, AI is a creative collaborator, a production tool, and an amplifier of vision. Not a replacement for the artist.
